Do you offer delivery?

At the moment, we don’t usually provide a delivery service. This helps us keep our hire prices down, as adding vehicle costs would make smaller hires much more expensive.
If delivery is important for your booking, just reach out — we’re always happy to discuss options.

When can I collect my items?

Once you have reserved your items and paid the deposit, we’ll contact you to find the most suitable time for collection.

I've reserved an item, what happens next?

To place a hire with us, begin by adding your selected items to the basket and proceeding to checkout, ensuring that all hire dates are correct. A partial payment will be required at this stage. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. The remaining balance, along with the security deposit, will be due two days prior to the hire period. You may then collect your items as agreed, enjoy your event, and return everything at the specified time and date. Upon return, provided all items are in satisfactory condition, your security deposit will be refunded.

Is everything on your website?

Props will be added to our website once quantities have been confirmed and each item has been fully quality‑checked, cleaned, inspected, and prepared for hire. As a result, not all props will appear in our online inventory immediately, but we endeavour to keep our stock list as up to date as possible. If there’s something you’re looking for and can’t yet find, please get in touch.

What do I need to pay?

A partial payment is required at the time of booking—typically 50% of the total hire cost—with the remaining balance and security deposit due up to two days before the agreed collection time. All props must then be returned on the specified date and time. Provided the items are returned in the same satisfactory condition in which they were hired, the security deposit will be refunded.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel your booking. Please note that the upfront partial payment is non‑refundable.
